Do you ship within Canada?

Yes. We currently offer shipping exclusively within Canada, with free standard shipping on all orders.

Where are products shipped from?

We ship from our fulfilment partners to offer you the best prices and reliable delivery across Canada.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or promotions.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time within Canada is 5-8 business days (free standard shipping). Most orders arrive within this timeframe; delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

What if I do not receive my order?

How can I return an item that is incorrect or damaged?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, generally within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the cancellation. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
